Augmented Reality is unparalleled in its ability to bring virtual data into the real world. By projecting construction plans, including drilling locations, mounting instructions and module locations, onto the construction site, AR helps reduce the time and effort involved in mounting passive and active (solar) insulation panels onto building façades. This is demonstrated by the AR-Assisted Mounting App.

AR-Assisted Mounting is one of the solutions being developed as a part of the BAU-DNS project.
