Our novel browser-based platform for digital twins is engineered to transform how physical spaces are documented, analyzed, and interactively managed. It uniquely integrates 3D model visualization with extensive, spatially-anchored data annotation, all accessible in a web browser. The initial 3D models are captured using common mobile handheld devices like LiDAR-equipped smartphones, with crucial 3D reconstruction processed offline directly on the device. This enables users to build comprehensive digital replicas by linking photos, measurements, and 360° views to specific 3D points, empowering intuitive remote assessment, in-model digital measurements such as distances and areas, and dynamic collaborative workflows.
